The New OSN6800 Equipment Is Not Effective

Problem description
1. The network is as follows :A(gateway network element) osn680-b (new start OSN6800 equipment) is linked down and protected by OLP(OTS). There are 5 waves between A and B.
2. B network element cannot find B network element in the upstream A(gateway network element)ECC routing after the completion of single station measurement and optical channel tuning, and the network pipe cannot create B network element.
The process
1. Check the upstream A(gateway network element) receiving B network element direction of the optical amplifier (TN12OBU103) receiving light -11.9 DBM is normal.
2. Check upstream A(gateway network element) of the direction of the receiving B network element of the direction of SC2 light -32.5 DBM normal.
3. The main optical cable used for ODF testing at the site of B network element received light -10.8 DBM is normal.
4. Test the RO port of B network element OLP single board without light output.
5. The on-site ODF test B mesh spare optical cable has no optical reception, and the OLP single board is only equipped with the main and standby optical cable, while the main optical cable has a normal optical reception of -10.8dbm. Suspected B net element OLP single board problem.
6. Connect the main optical cable of B network element to the RI2 and TO2 protection channels of OLP single board to test the normal output of -11.8dbm after OLP single board R0.
7. Network management queries the ECC routing of upstream network A to see network B, and then creates and uploads network B normally.
